We loved the location, as we were within walking distance to both the old town and night market. The hotel felt new and clean, and we enjoyed taking a dip in the lovely swimming pool. The breakfast had great coffee, though the choices were limited with the same fruits and jams every day. Staff were very helpful and made us feel welcome from beginning to end.

Spent New Year at a hotel near the old city and it was amazing! The rooms were clean and lovely, just like in the pictures. One of the best aspects was the friendly staff who were always ready to help, especially the guy named First. The location was also great, so close to the old city that it was easy to get around, but still quiet and peaceful. Plus, they offered a great service where we could leave our bags while we went off on a motorbike trip to Pai.
The pool was smaller than expected and the property itself was smaller than it looked in the ads. However, it's a brand new hotel that just opened six months ago and they're expanding next door, so it will be bigger in the future.

I recently had a city break stay at a brand new hotel just outside the old city limits. the best aspects of my stay were the friendly staff and their willingness to help me with anything I needed. the hotel offered two complementary facts which I really enjoyed. the location of the hotel was perfect - it was quiet and relaxing but close enough to the main attractions. And the massage place was absolutely awesome!
the breakfast was typical Thai tourist fare and could have been better.
